What is Sunbound?

Sunbound is the first turn-key relocation solution.  We take all the stress out of moving by providing the first one-stop for finding your new home, selling your old home, and doing everything in between.  After signing up for Sunbound, you will work with an experienced Sunbound concierge who is an expert in every step of the relocation process.  Sunbound makes sure you’re ready to start enjoying your retirement on day 1.

What is Sunbound and how does it work?

Sunbound is a flexible payment platform built for senior care. Senior living communities use Sunbound to provide their residents and families with a simple and secure way to make payments.

Through Sunbound, you can setup recurring payments, make a payment after reviewing your bill each month, and access your statements and billing history.

With options like splitting the bill between multiple people, setting your own autopay dates, paying from multiple accounts, and the option to enroll in pay-over-time, Sunbound is here to try to make managing these important payments easier.

How do I set up my account?

You'll receive your invitation to set up your Sunbound account via email.

Don't see an email invitation? Email us directly at help@sunboundhomes.com detailing:

  • Your name
  • Your loved one's name (if you are not the individual receiving care)
  • The name of your senior living community

How secure is my information?

We take your data and security very seriously. Sunbound uses bank level security and encryption to insure the integrity of your personal information, payment information and processing are secured in the highest possible way.

I normally pay via check. Can I still use Sunbound?

Yes! Instead of paying via check you can set up ACH to automatically pay from the same account. All you need if your account and routing number in order to set up your payments through Sunbound.

What types of payment methods can I use?

Through Sunbound you can make ACH or credit card payments.
